What we collect
When you fill a form, ask Edith, apply, or request a brochure, we collect what you type: typically your name, phone number, email, city, employer, role and the program you are interested in. When you browse, our analytics tools collect standard technical data such as pages visited, device type and the campaign that brought you here.
Why we collect it
- To call you back, answer your question and process an application with the institute you apply to.
- To send you the brochure, batch dates and fee details you asked for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve the site.
- To meet our obligations to the institutes whose programs we run.
Who we share it with
With the institute you apply to, so it can review your application. With the service providers that run our phone system, support desk, CRM and analytics, who process it on our instructions. With payment and loan partners only if you choose to pay through them. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in touch with you about a program, and applications for as long as the institute requires. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your choices
